Aobut 1/4 mile further upstream along Creamery Road, two brooks come together to form this South River tributary.
Brooks converging, Creamery Road
Two small brooks come together just below Creamery Road in Ashfield, forming a tributary of the South River. A good example of the erosive power of very small streams.
Just below the confluence of two brooks near Creamery Road in Ashfield. This stream flows to the right and along the north side of the road for several hundred yards before crossing under it. The size of the trees on the slope across the stream suggest it has been carving into that hillside for some years.
